Junior Achievement Worldwide
Founded in 1919, JA Worldwide’s purpose is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in the global economy and to promote free enterprise. It is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students in grades K-12 about entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy though experiential, hands-on programs.

In July 2004, Junior Achievement, Inc. and Junior Achievement International merged to form JA Worldwide. The result is a federation of over 240 independent entities operating in over 100 countries. Located in Colorado Springs, the JA Worldwide Headquarters provides strategic direction, leadership, and support to approximately 2700 employees for JA operations around the world that carry out the mission. With approximately $240 million budgeted for the combined worldwide entities, JA Worldwide Headquarters is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization sponsored by corporate and individual contributors. Local volunteer boards comprised of business, education and civic leaders set the policy and direction of each local office.


Branding + Strategy 
Annually, JA Worldwide reaches approximately 7.5 million students worldwide in 305,000 classrooms and after-school locations. It does this with the help of over 300,000 volunteers. Cukjati worked with the internal marketing staff of JA Worldwide to create a volunteer recruitment campaign, entitled, ‘Love Your Job, Share It!’,
as well as a fund-raising campaign to build ‘Capstone Experience’ sites throughout the United States.

Our work has included:
— A national advertising campaign incorporating outdoor, magazine and newspaper mediums
— A 6-minute non-profit fundraising video


The Result 

Volunteer recruitment spiked in locations which used the ‘Love Your Job, Share It!’ campaign materials. The ‘Capstone Experience’ video helped to garner two national sponsors for JA Worldwide within weeks of its completion. Cukjati received Pikes Peak Advertising Federation Silver Addys for both projects.
