Mary received this advice early in her career from a rode-hard-put-away-wet Colorado ranch woman: “Don’t worry about people, they cain’t eat ya like coyotes can.” This sage advise has always allowed Mary to take creative risks others might not dare to approach. “Even if they hate the concept — they can’t eat me!” Mary A. Cukjati provides committed quality control of the strategic and creative process. She works with internal, external, and client members of the project team to ensure all are working toward one common goal—comprehensive, well-executed brand strategies that fulfill the objectives of the client’s business plan. Mary has more than 30 years experience in advertising and corporate communications, serving in management positions (advertising production manager, senior art director, and divisional creative director) for four Fortune 500 companies before starting her own advertising firm in 1989. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the University of Kansas, and postgraduate work in creative management.
