Mary A. Cukjati, CEO/Executive Creative Director
"My job? Create vision. Foster creativity. Focus on results."

The Skinny on Mary
Mary grew up on a sheep ranch in western Kansas, tearing wildly through the fields on her Shetland Pony. (Faster, pony, faster.) She was shy, but competed shamelessly with two big brothers. (Anything they can do I can do better.) At 12, she wanted to run away to see Rudolph Nureyev dance. At 17, she earned her first job with her hometown newspaper, initiating a life-long love affair with words and pictures.
After 35 years in the communications business, she’s still in love. Thoroughly addicted. Anxious to get to work in the mornings. Still learning: reads the Visual Thesaurus Word of the Day every morning. Slings paint at canvas. Still gallops her horse up mountain trails. Still shamelessly competing. Loves the creative process: the reading and research, listening and risk-taking, the act of creating an idea.
Still in love with Nureyev.
WHAT SHE DOES WELL: Making horses fat, stirring up a risotto, tending a vegetable garden, and spending money
